It also acts as a natural insulation for cooking products exposed to high temperatures in a wood-fired oven.When applied as a protective layer between the baking sheet and the product, our flour prevents carbonization or burn stains, even at very high temperatures. It disappears while the oven is running, ensuring a clean and efficient baking process. Additionally, our flour is suitable for pizza-baking in a wood-fire.
