Introducing our versatile product designed for various industries. Our rivet system is capable of handling different materials, ranging from 2.4 mm up to 6.4 mm Ø aluminum and copper, 6 mm Ø steel, and 5 mm Ø stainless steel. It can accommodate rivet body lengths above 30 mm and offers impressive traction power, reaching up to 11,770 N with a 6-7 bar air pressure.Not only does our product enhance productivity, but it also presents significant cost savings potential. With the ability to process up to 40 blind rivets per minute, it eliminates the need for trained personnel to operate. The system can seamlessly integrate into fully-automatic production systems, thanks to its electronic controls and intuitive menu guidance via navigation and function keys.For easy monitoring, our product features a function display, maintenance display, and simple fault diagnosis. Moreover, it can be customized using customer-specific software modifications. Ideal for applications that don't require process monitoring, our system disposes of rivet mandrels using a vacuum system.To further enhance convenience, we offer a spring-loaded trigger system as an optional extra. It can be integrated into the overall system or operated independently. Additionally, our rivet system allows for external memory programmable control system (SPS) via the GESIPA® interface for seamless integration into your existing setup.
