Introducing our semiautomatic impulse heat sealers for the bench, designed specifically for closing PE, PP, PVC, and light coupled bags. With their timer, pedal, and trimmer features, these sealers are versatile and efficient in various industries.

These heat sealers are ideal for an array of applications, including but not limited to food products, automotive components, cosmetics, electronics, mechanical and plastic parts, packaging utilized in e-commerce, pellets, agriculture, and even chemical products.

Available in two different sizes, 460mm and 610mm welding lengths, with a height of 4mm, these sealers accommodate bags of varying thicknesses, whether they contain moist or dusty contents.

Equipped with a double sealing bar, our heat sealers provide separate regulation of temperatures and times, ensuring precise control over the seal quality. They offer both manual and semi-automatic operation options, featuring an electromagnetic closure for added convenience. Additionally, the welding power can be adjusted with ease using a 6-position switch.

Our heat sealers feature a digital timer with an LCD display, offering accurate control over welding (0-10 sec.) and cooling (0-20 sec.) times. This feature ensures consistent and reliable sealing. Moreover, these sealers can be seamlessly combined with dosing systems for enhanced functionality.
