Product Description:
This product is made of high-quality ballbearing steel (100Cr6) and is sealed on both sides with a spherical outer ring. It is suitable for use in various industries. The insert bearings have a construction similar to standard Series 6200 and 6300 radial ball bearings but come with wider inner rings for easier fastening on shafts. The inner rings are manufactured with a plus tolerance, allowing for transition or press fits when used with shafts with h tolerances. The shaft is secured using 2 grub screws positioned 120° apart on the inner ring.

The insert bearings are pre-lubricated with a suitable ball bearing grease, eliminating the need for additional lubrication in normal applications. The seals are made of rubber NBR, providing excellent protection against dust and contaminants. However, these bearings can be relubricated if required.
