Our Silo Roof System is specifically designed to optimize the flow of grain into the silo, ensuring easy and efficient air circulation within the grain pile. The roof is constructed with a 300 angle design, allowing for smooth grain movement.

Our roofs are manufactured to withstand heavy loads, ranging from 7,000 kg to 14,000 kg. They are engineered to handle standard snow weights of 154 kg/m² and standard wind speeds of 170 km/h.

For silos with a radius between 3.65 m and 12.80 m, our single-layer reinforced roof system is implemented. This type of roof structure can handle loads heavier than 907 kg (2,000 lb) and live loads of 78 kg/m² (16 psf).

Silos with a radius of 14.63 meters or more utilize a two-stage roof system. This type of structure is built to withstand loads of 4,536 kg or more and live loads of 122 kg/m².

The roof panels feature a triangular shape and trapezoidal sides, with a depth of 90 mm. Additionally, all roof systems come equipped with roof access covers for convenience.
