Product Description:

We offer a wide range of thermocouples designed specifically for use in the automotive industry. One of our featured products is the Strong crimped plug cable attachment. With its circular cable cross section, it minimizes the risk of kinking and twisting, ensuring durability and reliability.

Our MicroMag surface + air thermocouples are particularly useful for accessing difficult-to-reach areas of car body shells. The encapsulated magnet design allows for direct use on wet painted and e-coated substrates, making them easy to place and extremely reliable.

For measuring ferrous substrates in IR cure ovens, our IRMAG surface thermocouple is the perfect choice. It offers a robust alternative to Adhesive Patch thermocouples, combining easy attachment and fast response time.

Our Magnetic surface + air thermocouples have a magnet offset from the sensor to prevent the heat sink effect. They also feature a PTFE handle for easy removal or repositioning, as well as a PTFE coating to prevent sticking.

If you need to measure surface temperature at the center of a nonferrous panel, our Aluclamp surface thermocouple is the ideal solution. It simply clips onto the edge of an aluminum car hood or other nonferrous panel.

Lastly, our Aluminum automotive thermocouples are equipped with a spring-loaded bobbin, making them perfect for use on aluminum car body shells. These thermocouples are designed to withstand high temperatures and provide accurate readings.
