Product Description: The heart of our mask is made with PP Melt-blown fabric, a high-quality material widely used in the medical industry. This fabric is created by squeezing PP molten resin into a high-speed hot air flow, which forms a non-woven fiber. Through electrostatic technology, the melt-blown non-woven fiber can absorb viruses and bacteria that may have penetrated through the surface layer.

Our Meltblown Woven fabric is perfect for a variety of applications, including medical materials, home decoration, and clothing materials. It is manufactured in Taiwan by MAGICAL FILM ENTERPRISE CO., LTD., a trusted producer in the industry.

The fabric has a regular weight of 25gsm, but can be customized according to your specific needs. The width is typically 175mm, but can also be adjusted as per your requirements. The length is usually 1500m, but can be customized too.

The fabric comes in a clean, white color and has excellent filtration efficiency, with a BFE (Bacterial Filtration Efficiency) of 99%+ and a PFE (Particle Filtration Efficiency) of 95%+. Additionally, it offers low differential pressure, measuring under 3 mm H2O cm2.
