For those looking to replace eggs in their baking, a mixture of 2 tablespoons of water and 1 tablespoon of our organic soy flour works wonders. This substitution is particularly successful in vegan cakes, as long as the recipe's egg content is not unusually high. When used in baking, the organic soy flour can be substituted for approximately 20% of the cereal flour indicated in the recipe.
