The induction generator module is specifically designed for the industrial heating industry. It is capable of supplying power to up to 6 induction coils (inductors), with each coil having a maximum power rating of 3 kW. This module operates on a three-phase mains with a voltage of up to 400 V and a frequency of 50/60 Hz.

To ensure efficient operation, the mains current is rectified and then fed to the DC link. The DC link then individually supplies power to each of the inductors. The output power of the induction generator module is controlled by the Kendrion controller, which is part of a modular industrial heating system. This controller allows for precise power control, with the ability to individually select a setting range from 0% to 100% for each coil.

The induction generator module utilizes state-of-the-art semiconductor switches in its output stages. This enables it to achieve high efficiencies, even when operating at working frequencies of up to 25 kHz. This makes it a reliable and efficient choice for industrial heating applications.
