Utilizing the renowned modusAOI software, the high-resolution system cameras enable comprehensive inspection capabilities. These include verifying the position and minimum thickness of the graphite coating in the central area, checking surfaces that should remain uncoated, detecting coating contamination (graphite/screenprint), testing a defined target contour in screen print, and identifying any damage to the metal at the edge (balcony) of the workpiece.
