On the other hand, the Semi-automatic pallet wrapper, ECO-A model, is a reliable and efficient solution for wrapping pallets. It features a rotary table with a range of useful functions that enhance the wrapping process. The machine includes a photocell for reading pallet height, a digital panel with three wrapping programs, and a soft start inverter. The manual film block/cut and automatic wrapping cycle simplify operation, while the reset button allows for easy repositioning of the film.

The ECO-A model also comes with a foldable column for transportation convenience and a forklift-compatible base. Its mechanical clutch ensures proper film tensioning. To operate the machine, simply place the pallet on the platform, secure the film to the base, select the desired wrapping program, and press the start button. The machine will automatically begin wrapping and come to a stop when finished. The film can then be cut manually.

For optimal protection of pallet contents from sunlight, we recommend using stretch film with a thickness of either 23 or 30 microns. The ECO-A model is suitable for both options.
