The WATTSAN A1 1325 is a versatile CNC milling and engraving machine designed for a range of applications such as engraving, cutting, and 3D milling of various sheet materials. Featuring a grid type working table with dimensions of 1300×2500×200 mm, the machine can also be equipped with a vacuum table to securely hold the sheet material in place for more efficient operation.

Equipped with a 3 kW water-cooled spindle ER-25 with collet, the WATTSAN A1 1325 offers powerful performance. The portal of the machine is moved by a step engine controlled by the Yako 2405 driver. Constructed with a sturdy welded steel profile frame, the machine weighs 800 kg, ensuring stability and durability.

With a maximum speed of movement along the axis of up to 25,000 mm/min and a maximum working speed of 15,000 mm/min, the WATTSAN A1 1325 allows for fast and precise operation. The spindle rotation speed can reach up to 24,000 rpm. The machine is controlled by the NC-Studio control system.

Additionally, the WATTSAN A1 1325 can be further upgraded with various options including a vacuum table, DSP controller, Syntec control system, chip removal system, automatic lubrication, a more powerful spindle or additional cutting heads, a rotator for cylinder-shaped parts, and a tool sensor. These upgrades further enhance the machine's capabilities and customization options to meet specific needs.
