Its machine body is constructed with sturdy clean steel plate, ensuring durability and longevity. The rollers are made with high-quality 63 RW tool steel, hardened and polished to guarantee superior performance.

Equipped with a pneumatic pilot release system, the upper roller is parallel lifted and guided on gear rack for precise control. The entry catenary rolls and manual edge guides enhance the overall user experience.

Our product offers simple programming capabilities, allowing users to easily configure even complex feeding cycles. The display provides clear text instructions for seamless operation. Manual functions such as creep speed, jog mode, and single feed to length, enable quick and convenient setup.

Efficiency is further enhanced with the ability to store and recall job programs, facilitating fast changeover between different tasks. The mounting bracket offers height adjustment options, which can be done via a spindle or hydraulic handpump. For even greater versatility, a motorized height adjustment option is available as well.

Choose from various roller options, including hard chromed or polyurethane coated rollers. Additionally, our Topochrome coating is available for high-grip feeding applications. For utmost feeding accuracy, our product features a measuring wheel system.

To optimize piloting speed, stroke limitation is included. For thin stocks starting at 0.1mm thickness, fine adjustment of the upper roller and strip guiding device ensures accurate feeding. Central edge guides, operated by a hand wheel, provide precise control over your material.
