Introducing the CoriMix®: a high-speed, continuous mixer designed specifically for efficient mixing in industries handling liquid, pasty, and dry substances. This innovative system operates at impressive peripheral speeds of up to 50 mu002Fs, ensuring thorough and homogeneous mixing. The plug-flow movement of the product through the mixing chamber significantly reduces retention time compared to traditional mixers, such as continuous ploughshare mixers.

The CoriMix® features a divided mixing chamber with zones equipped with various mixing tools, allowing for flexible customization of shear intensity based on specific application requirements. This versatility is achieved by carefully selecting and adjusting the mixing tools in each zone, ensuring optimal mixing results.

Incorporating liquid components into the mixture is effortless with the CoriMix®. Liquid pipes are tangentially placed through the drum wall, directing liquid directly into the product ring layer. Alternatively, a hollow mixing shaft with specially perforated tools can be used. By strategically preventing moisture accumulation on the mixer wall and shaft, the CoriMix® delivers an efficient liquid distribution process akin to a nozzle, while averting the risks of clogging or spraying disturbances.
