Introducing our range of prefabricated studio and one-bedroom houses designed specifically for those seeking a small, comfortable, and cost-effective living space.

Assembly time is impressively quick, with only 3 working hours required to complete the installation of the steel structure, walls, and roof.

Our houses are delivered with precut walls and roof, eliminating the need for time-consuming welding or cutting processes. The system is entirely bolted, ensuring hassle-free and efficient assembly.

Constructed with highly galvanized light steel, the interior and exterior walls of our houses are composed of a double surface of nonflammable class A1 fiber cement board, supported by a highly galvanized steel frame. Additionally, our walls are insulated with rock wool or polyurethane, providing superior temperature regulation with options for thicknesses of 80 or 100mm.

For the roof, we utilize highly galvanized steel trusses and purlins, available in both double and single pan designs. The rainwater drainage pipe is constructed from durable PVC or aluminum materials.

In addition to the structural components, we offer a wide selection of finishing materials, including various options for floor coverings, fitted kitchens, and sanitary equipment.
