Introducing our state-of-the-art machine specifically designed for the automotive industry, the KLT Crate and Form Cleaning Device. This advanced equipment ensures quick, easy, and highly effective cleaning of KLT crates and forms.

The machine is comprised of several key components. It starts with the main washing zone, where the KLT crates and forms are thoroughly cleaned. This is followed by a rinsing zone, which further enhances the cleanliness of the items. Finally, a blowing-off unit efficiently dries the crates and forms, leaving them ready for immediate use.

To maintain optimal performance and prolong the lifespan of the machine, the water used in the washing and rinsing tanks is continuously filtered. Two oil skimmers are employed, one for each tank, to remove any impurities and contaminants. Additionally, the water in the main tank is periodically refreshed with hot rinse water, reducing both water and energy consumption.

Ensuring a precise and measured amount of detergent is introduced into the washing tank is made effortless thanks to an automatic dosing pump. Furthermore, both the main and rinsing tanks are equipped with filters capable of capturing metal particles up to 100 μm in size, ensuring the utmost cleanliness of the KLT crates and forms.

To effectively manage vapour generated during the cleaning process, the machine features two powerful 2.2 kW fans for vapour extraction. The collected vapour is then directed through two condensers, where it is transformed into liquid and returned to the main tank, maintaining the water level and preserving resources.

For thorough drying, four fans with a power of 3 kW each are utilized to remove residual rinsing water from the crates. The speed at which the crates are transported through the machine can be adjusted using a frequency controller, providing flexibility and customization to suit specific cleaning requirements.
