The MTA OEM soldering robot is specifically designed for integrators in the soldering industry. It is capable of both semi-automatic and fully automatic operations for selective point-to-point soldering from above. The unique concept of this robot ensures that it is delivered to the systems manufacturer with a process guarantee, providing peace of mind.

The OEM robot can be customized with any of MTA's soldering heads, including soldering iron, induction, and microflame, however, the MTA MLH45 laser head is not compatible. The 3 or 4 axes of the OEM robot are fully programmable using the mta-MotionEditor software. This includes adjusting soldering parameters such as solder quantity, wire feed speed, preheating/postheating times, and automatic tip cleaning cycle intervals for each soldered point.

With its flexible and modular design, the OEM robot can easily be integrated into any production line, allowing for seamless and efficient soldering operations.
