Grundinformation

Product Description:Introducing our exquisite wine from the very north of the Beaujolais region, a place known for its esteemed vineyards and steep slopes. Situated among the ten crus of the appellation, our wine is steeped in history and tradition. It was the first climate in the region to be cultivated in ancient times, while others remained covered with chestnut trees. Legend has it that it even derived its name from the great Julius Caesar himself. The soil where our grapes are grown is a unique blend of granite and manganese, imparting distinct characteristics to the wine. Our viticulture practices are meticulous, with a planting density of 9,000 vines per hectare, ensuring optimal control over the vigor of the grape variety. Our vines are pruned using a very short goblet technique, meticulously controlling yields for the best quality harvest.Handpicked during the perfect moment of ripeness, our grapes undergo a traditional Beaujolais winemaking process. Using the semi-carbonic method, the whole bunches are carefully fermented over a period of 6 to 10 days, extracting the essence of the grape. The wine is then aged in vats to enhance its richness and complexity. When it comes to tasting, our wine is a true delight. It exudes finesse and depth, boasting a beautiful color reminiscent of raspberries. The bouquet is surprisingly elegant, with delightful hints of wild fruit. On the palate, the wine is fleshy and well-structured, showcasing the expertise and craftsmanship of our winemakers. The finish is long and fragrant, leaving a lasting impression that will surely satisfy even the most discerning wine connoisseur.Experience the true essence of Beaujolais with our exceptional wine. Whether you're a seasoned wine enthusiast or simply looking for a memorable bottle to enjoy, our wine offers a timeless taste that will transport you to the heart of this picturesque region. Cheers to tradition, history, and the joy of experiencing a truly remarkable wine.
