Triflex® is a product that offers 2D and 3D movements. It has received the IF-Design Award for its impressive design. With Triflex®, torsional movements are possible, making it a versatile solution. The product comes with installation instructions for joining, separating, and filling. It also has application examples from various industrial sectors, including our igus® test laboratory.

Triflex® comes in different variations, each with its own specifications. The 332.16 has an inner height of 16 mm, inner width of 16 mm, bending radii of 38-100 mm, and a pitch of 13.3 mm. The 332.32 has an inner height of 32 mm, inner width of 32 mm, bending radii of 75-250 mm, and a pitch of 25 mm. The 332.50 has an inner height of 50 mm, inner width of 50 mm, bending radii of 100-250 mm, and a pitch of 30 mm. The 332.75 has an inner height of 75 mm, inner width of 75 mm, bending radii of 140-300 mm, and a pitch of 36 mm. We also offer the snap-open version of the E-Chain® in sizes 352.50, 353.16, 353.32, 353.50, which have bending radii ranging from 10-250 mm.

This modular and rugged joint system is suitable for three-axis movements for machines of any type. It is also effective in dirt-filled environments and offers high tensile strength. Triflex® is a great choice when rectangular shapes are needed, as it provides reliable protection against dirt and chips. The product allows for a combination of different bending radii and axes, and it allows for easy connection and separation at any point in the chain. Mounting options include flanged mounting brackets or brackets made of galvanized steel. The snap-open series, 352 and 353, offers added convenience. It is also possible to combine Series 353/333.
