1. PREMIUM: Our premium category apples have a minimum color coverage of 75% on the surface of the red fruit. They belong to an extra waxed category and are not packed in a bag. These apples are carefully selected for their superior quality and exhibit the characteristic shape, caliber, and color of the Royal Gala variety. The pulp should not show any signs of deterioration. Additionally, slight defects in form, development, or staining, as well as minor defects of the epidermis, are allowed as long as they do not exceed the specified limits.
