Introducing the PEEK 3D Printer F160 - a cutting-edge industrial production polymer 3D printer designed specifically for engineering plastics. This printer offers the perfect synergy of a large build volume and a high-temperature thermal design, making it ideal for printing large functional parts without warpage or delamination.

With its high-temperature chamber, the F160 enables printing with PEEK Polymer, a material renowned for its exceptional mechanical properties and resistance to high temperatures. This means you can confidently create functional parts that require strength and durability.

The F160 boasts impressive specifications, including a build volume of 160*160*200mm and a nozzle diameter of 0.4mm (with options for 0.3, 0.5, 0.6, 0.8, and 1.0mm). It supports consumables with a diameter of 1.75mm and utilizes Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) print technology.

In terms of performance, this 3D printer offers a best printing speed of 70mm/s and a maximum printing speed of 300mm/s. It operates in an ambient temperature range of 15-32 Celsius and can reach a nozzle temperature of up to 260 Celsius.

Choose from a range of compatible software options, including Creatware, Simplify 3D, Cura, and Slic3r. The F160 supports various file types such as STL, OBJ, AMF, and Gcode. It is compatible with Windows 7, 8, and 10, as well as macOS.

The machine itself features dimensions of 370*320*490mm and weighs 18kg, while the packaging dimensions are 470*420*600mm and weight 23kg.
