Deep Drawing is a widely used technique in the metal forming industry for creating symmetrical or asymmetrical metal parts. It involves tightly holding the material between a ram and a blank holder to prevent the formation of wrinkles. The force of the ram then pushes the die down to wrap it around the punch.

Ozkoc Hydraulic presses offer additional features for optimizing the pressing speed and adjusting the cushion to enhance the product surface quality. These options can be easily adjusted through the touch screen interface, thanks to the proportional valves.

The press automation is powered by PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and the Siemens S7.1200 software. The press operation is controlled using two push buttons for added safety.
