With intelligent water flow utilizing separate return connections, the Uni Condens provides the perfect conditions for optimal condensation, resulting in exceptional utilization ratios. When running on oil, this boiler achieves a standard utilization ratio of up to 104%, and when running on gas, it goes even further, reaching a remarkable 110%.

The Uni Condens is constructed with an effective condensate heat recovery surface that features specially profiled tubes, maximizing the potential for condensation utilization. Additionally, its burnout combustion chamber ensures clean combustion and minimal emissions. To enhance efficiency, this boiler incorporates two return flow sockets, ensuring optimal separation into high-temperature and low-temperature heating circuits.
