Introducing our new high pressure pet range of compressors. Designed specifically for the pet industry, these compressors offer higher performance and increased efficiency.

We offer a range of models to suit your needs. The L4 model has a capacity of 790 m3/h (465 CFM) with a motor power of 132 kW. The L4A model has a capacity of 960 m3/h (565 CFM) with a motor power of 160 kW. The L5 model has a capacity of 1200 m3/h (706 CFM) with a motor power of 200 kW. The L5A model has a capacity of 1500 m3/h (883 CFM) with a motor power of 250 kW. The L6 model has a capacity of 1760 m3/h (1036 CFM) with a motor power of 280 kW. And finally, the L6A model has a capacity of 1940 m3/h (1142 CFM) with a motor power of 315 kW. The L6B model has a capacity of 2170 m3/h (1277 CFM) with a motor power of 355 kW.

Our compressors are designed to deliver Free Air Delivery (FAD) according to ISO 1217 standards. They operate at a nominal pressure of 20-40 bar, with equipment capable of handling pressures up to 44 bar. The air quality meets ISO 8573-1 standards, specifically 2.4.1.

We have made significant improvements in the design and development of these compressors to enhance their efficiency. The interconnecting pipework has been redesigned to increase internal volume and reduce pulsation losses. The separator and intercooler have been redesigned for increased efficiency. The piston and cylinder assemblies have also been improved to reduce losses. Additionally, the piston rings have been optimized to increase the output capacity.

The package and coating of the compressors have been optimized, and integrated equipment such as drains and oil coolers are included.

With these modifications, we have been able to provide more volume for the same power, increasing the high-pressure air capacity. At the same time, we have decreased the specific shaft power required.
