The caps are transferred using a vertical conveyor and a vibrator caps feeder. The labeling system is equipped with a double head from Herma.

The machine is user-friendly, thanks to its HMI and SCADA system with a touch screen and simplified software. Upon request, it can be certified with UL, CE, GMP, FDA, and ASME. Additionally, it can provide documents such as I.Q (Installation qualification), O.Q (Operational qualification), and P.Q (Performance qualification) upon request.
