Our food grade silicone products are specially formulated for use in the food industry. Made with platinum cured silicone, these products have a very low glass transition temperature. They are transparent, allowing you to see through to the fabric reinforcement.

These silicone products offer excellent heat resistance and are reinforced with multiple plies of knit polyester. They have a temperature range of between 50°C and 180°C.

We offer a variety of sizes and shapes, including straights, straight reducers, elbow 90 degree, elbow 45 degree, elbow 135 degree, and 180 degrees. If you have specific requirements or designs, we are also able to develop bespoke shapes for you.

In terms of industry use, our food grade silicone formulations are specifically designed to be used with food products. They are FDA approved, which means they have reduced food taint and very low bacteria build-up. This not only ensures food safety but also leads to lower maintenance costs in the long run.
