In 1999, Schöpp-Sportboden GmbH introduced the Slide quality, a groundbreaking textile tennis floor with a loop structure. This product innovation revolutionized the market by offering a distinct advantage for players using profiled tennis shoes. The pronounced loop structure of the surface effectively holds a larger amount of granules, providing enhanced grip and stability. Moreover, the rubber structure of the Slide quality ensures a smooth gliding behavior for players wearing profiled shoes.

In 2010, we took the development of our structured loop granule surface even further. The result is the new herringbone structure called Winner. This updated design features a particularly coarse structure that allows for a more sustainable and uniform distribution of the granules. As a result, the ball bounce properties resemble those of sand, providing a natural and consistent playing experience. With a yarn count of 1,000 gu002Fsqm and 256,000 Nu002Fsqm, the SCHÖPP® Winner boasts an extremely high-quality tuft construction, proven on approximately 1,000 Slide and Winner pitches.
