We use high-quality materials for manufacturing the spring, including all spring materials and quality steels with lower strengths. Additionally, we offer a variety of coating options, such as commonly coated spring steels, in-house phosphating, and in-house stove-enameling. If needed, we can provide additional coatings through external services.

Our product also offers several unique features and specializations. These include clamping rings made of round wire or flat material, clamping rings with a stamp, rings with defined bendings, and a minimum burr cut-geometry. We can also provide additional processing options tailored to customer requirements, as well as customer-specific packaging. For those in need of rapid prototyping, we offer this service as well.
