The Cradle 1407 is a sheet steel cradle specifically designed for the 200 to 220ml 2:1 side-by-side cartridges. Its black and turquoise color gives it a sleek appearance, but other colors are available upon request. With an extrusion rate of E=2.1mm/pump and an extrusion force of approximately 1900N, this cradle is perfect for applications such as foam cartridges and frame foam.

One of the standout features of the Cradle 1407 is its patented parallel lever and symmetry drive system. This innovative design consists of two high-strength steel drive plates that move in perfect symmetry, resulting in an optimal extrusion rate. Additionally, the cradle is equipped with two ball bearings which ensure the efficient transfer of power to the drive plates.

Thanks to its wear-free, hardened drive rods and patented inline movement of the piston rods, the Cradle 1407 offers a durable and reliable performance. It also features a professional steel cartridge cradle and four mechanical step-up ratios are available to suit different needs. The Cradle 1407 comes individually packed in an outer box measuring 370mm x 180mm x 75mm, ensuring safe transportation and storage.
