Product Description:

Our product is a high-quality plate that is specifically designed for industries that require strength and durability. The dimensions of the plate range from 5mm to 150mm in thickness and from 1000mm to 3050mm in width.

To ensure precision and accuracy, our plate adheres to the tolerances set by various industry standards such as EN10029, ASTM A6, ASTM A20, ASME SA6, ASME SA20, DIN 1543, and JUS. C. B4. 110. Additionally, it undergoes UT tests according to EN 10160:1999 and meets the Z quality requirements specified in EN 10164:1993.

The maximum weight of each plate is 8 tons, however, upon request, we can produce plates weighing up to 9.5 tons. Flame cutting services are available for plates with thicknesses ranging from 40mm to 150mm.

Our plates are available in three surface conditions: rolled, sandblasted, and primer coated. This guarantees enhanced functionality and protection against corrosion.

Furthermore, our high tensile strength plates can meet the rigorous demands of the industry, and can be produced with hardness at -50 degrees and yield strength at high temperatures, based on the preferences and requirements of other relevant standards.
