The EPMB electropermanent battery lifting magnets, developed by ASSFALG, are revolutionary in the load lifting magnet industry. They combine the benefits of permanent load lifting magnets and electro load lifting magnets. With the EPMB, you can switch on the magnet automatically through electrical impulses within seconds, or manually with the push of a button.

One of the key advantages of the EPMB is that no electricity flows during load transport, ensuring safety and efficiency. Despite this, the workpiece is securely clamped, just like with a permanent load lifting magnet.

This versatile magnet can be used in single mode or on magnet traverses, making it suitable for various applications. It is particularly useful for 3-shift operation, offering an interesting alternative to other lifting methods. Additionally, the EPMB features a tip function (inching), allowing the separation of stacked sheets with a minimum thickness of 6 mm.
