The IST AG MK33-W capacitive RH humidity sensor is designed specifically for high-end measuring applications in the oil industry. It is ideal for use in extreme environments with its exceptional humidity and temperature working range, as well as its outstanding chemical resistance. This humidity sensor can measure humidity levels from 0% to 100% (with a maximum dew point of +95°C) and has a capacitance of 300 pF ±40 pF at 30% RH and +23°C. It can operate within a temperature range of -40°C to +190°C.

The MK33-W capacitive RH sensor offers several advantages, including high chemical resistance, low drift, wide temperature range, high humidity stability, condensation resistance, suitability for extreme environments, fast recovery time, and the availability of customer-specific sensor configurations upon request.

As a standard configuration, the IST AG MK33-W humidity sensor is available with CuP-SIL-wire post-plated with Sn or Au/Cu-wire.
