The EME gluing machine is a specialized tool designed for the labeling industry. It features a label insertion system operated by the user, located under the shaft and in front of the gluing cylinder. The gluing cylinder rotates continuously, allowing it to drag and apply a thin film of glue onto the label, making it ready for application.
One of the key features of this machine is the inclusion of a special device that enables micrometric regulation of the glue. This feature ensures a perfect gluing process and maximum cleanliness of the label. Additionally, the EME gluing machines are constructed using durable materials such as stainless steel and brass, ensuring their longevity. The tray for holding the glue is made of ABS antacid, providing resistance to corrosive substances.
For ease of maintenance and cleaning, all parts of the machine that come into contact with the glue are designed to be interlocking and can be easily disassembled without the need for any tools. This enables quick and hassle-free cleaning.
In terms of adhesive, the gluing machines utilize a sticky compound made from powdered dextrin diluted in water. To create the adhesive, 400 grams of dextrin are mixed with 600 ml of water. It is important to note that this glue is derived from potato starch, making it a vegetable-based adhesive solution.
