Dried cultivated mushrooms are the dehydrated version of fresh cultivated mushrooms. During the drying process, approximately 10-15 kg of fresh oyster mushrooms are reduced to 1 kg of dried mushrooms. This dehydration process removes most of the water content from the mushrooms, resulting in a concentrated product with increased nutritional values such as vitamins and proteins.
