The MTA OEM soldering robot for integrators is a highly efficient solution for semi or fully automatic selective point-to-point soldering operations in various industries. This reliable robot is designed to perform soldering tasks from above, ensuring precise and consistent results.

The MTA OEM robot is compatible with a range of soldering heads offered by MTA, including soldering iron, induction, and microflame heads. However, it is not compatible with the MTA MLH45 laser head.

With 3 or 4 fully programmable axes, the OEM robot gives users complete control over soldering parameters. The mta-MotionEditor software enables easy programming and adjustment of solder quantity, wire feed speed, preheating/postheating times, automatic tip cleaning cycles, and other variables for each soldered point.

Thanks to its flexible and modular design, the OEM robot can be seamlessly integrated into existing production lines. This allows for efficient workflow management and increased productivity.
