Product Description:

Our product is a versatile and reliable fitting designed for various industries. It comes in multiple sizes, including DN100, DN150, DN200, DN250, DN300, DN350, and DN400.

The fitting consists of two half-bodies made from durable cast aluminum, featuring a double flange design. Both the upper and lower flanges are identical, ensuring easy installation and compatibility. Additionally, it offers the flexibility of incorporating the fitting for a flexible connection SFU.

Our fitting is designed to withstand high pressure and vacuum conditions, with a seal rating of up to 0.2 bar. The disc, which acts as a vital component of the fitting, is available in either aluminum or stainless steel AISI 304. Upon request, it can be provided in AISI 316.

To ensure a secure and reliable seal, we provide a gasket made from NBR as the standard option. However, if required, we also offer gaskets suitable for contact with food, such as HNBR Therban or Viton. The gasket profile is designed to provide sealing either on the disc itself or to cover the flanges.

Our fitting is versatile in terms of drive shaft options, offering the choice between the DN5482 splined drive shaft or the ISO 5211 square drive shaft. Both options can be provided in either standard or extended length configurations, catering to different application requirements.

For customers with specific needs, we offer an ATEX certified version of our fitting upon request. This certification ensures compliance with strict safety standards in environments with potentially explosive atmospheres.

Finally, our fitting caters to diverse operating preferences by offering manual, motorized, or pneumatic actuators. Whether you prefer manual operation or require automated control, our fitting can accommodate your specific needs.
