Our HG Portal milling systems are specifically designed for high-speed machining of medium and large parts in various industries. These systems are particularly suitable for applications such as panelling car interiors, constructing fuselages, and producing sanitary products like bathtubs.

The key feature of our machine is its flexible modular concept, allowing you to customize and adapt it to your specific needs. The base construction of the machine is welded, providing a solid foundation, while the portal is made of grey cast iron to ensure high rigidity.

To enhance the overall performance and productivity, our milling system can be fully encapsulated together with a safety cabin. This not only provides protection, but also minimizes vibrations thanks to the rigid construction.

For a further increase in production output, the system can be equipped with two tables that work alternately. While one table is in operation, the second table can be loaded and unloaded, maximizing efficiency. In order to accommodate milling of very large parts, the tables can also be coupled together.

Thanks to its robust construction, our machine is capable of machining a wide range of materials including plastics, composites (such as CFRP and GFRP), and wood.
