Introducing our new state-of-the-art fully automated machine, designed specifically for the production of bags and disposable plastic gloves made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) or low-density polyethylene (LDPE) foil. With thorough testing completed, this machine guarantees reliability and outstanding performance in the industry.

Equipped with a station featuring double unwinding and clutches that allow for smooth adjustment of the HDPE tape tension, this machine ensures consistent and precise production. The double inverters control the unwinding process for added efficiency.

Operating on a central drive system, this machine effectively controls all mechanisms responsible for forming production. The feeding of the material is flawlessly managed by a stepper motor (servo drive), enabling accurate feeding of the HDPE or LDPE tape to the welding position and the final product sorting point.

Furthermore, this machine offers the flexibility of changing welding dies to accommodate different sizes of gloves or the production of bags, including those designed for breakfast.

With a capacity of approximately 160 pieces per minute, this machine proves to be highly capable. Its power consumption stands at 10 Kw, making it an energy-efficient choice. Additionally, it requires compressed air at 8 BAR, ensuring optimal performance.
