We have optimized the crane's load capacity by creating a lightweight design, ensuring it can hold maximum loads. Our self-locking grab suspension system ensures secure attachment to crane hooks. The grab's vertical electrohydraulic drive unit, equipped with a high-pressure pump, allows for efficient movement control. The closing and opening movements are controlled through clockwise or counterclockwise rotation of the electric motor, ensuring precise control during operation. The electric motor is only activated during the closing and opening movements, reducing overall energy consumption. For added durability and reliability, the closing and opening movements are controlled by directly connected hydraulic cylinders with stable piston rod protection. Our grab connection bearing is re-greaseable and made with a robust steel bushing design. We also offer the option of our KRÖGER MAINTENANCE-FREE bearing system for easy maintenance and long-lasting performance. The grab shells are designed to adapt to material flow, ensuring efficient handling of slag. The toothed segment driven feature enhances performance and reliability during operation.
