Introducing our high-quality cappers designed specifically for the closure of aluminum or plastic screw caps, as well as crown caps, on bottles of various shapes and sizes. Featuring a centrifugal, rotary, or vibratory feeder, our cappers ensure smooth and consistent caps feeding. The caps are then smoothly transferred through a descending channel that culminates in a distribution head, guaranteeing seamless application.

One of the standout features of these cappers is the stainless steel threading heads equipped with four rollers, eliminating the need for a cap no roll device. With this innovative design, the cappers achieve excellent threading and capping performance across a wide range of caps.

In addition to their advanced functionalities, our cappers come with a range of standard features to enhance usability and control. These include a centrifugal feeder, an inverter for speed adjustment, a PLC for efficient cycle control, a production display with anomaly signaling, and bottle height format management from the PLC. Furthermore, the cappers are equipped with two photocells for cap descent channel monitoring and a photocell for exit accumulation control on the conveyor belt. For added convenience, they also feature an inlet selection screw for easy cap selection.

Safety is a top priority, which is why our cappers come with safety guards and a stainless steel electrical panel. Additionally, the capping head can be electrically lifted for effortless maintenance and adjustments.
