The Uni Condens 8000 F stainless steel condensing boiler is a highly efficient heating solution designed for applications ranging from 50 to 115 kW. This versatile boiler can operate on either gas or low-sulphur heating oil. Its compact size, minimal space requirement, and relatively lightweight make it easy to install.

Equipped with intelligent water flow and separate return connections, the Uni Condens enables optimal condensation and achieves high standard utilization ratios. When using oil, it can achieve a standard utilization ratio of up to 104%, while gas operation can reach up to 110%.

The Uni Condens incorporates an effective condensate heat recovery surface with specialized tube profiling, maximizing the potential for condensation utilization. Its burnout combustion chamber design ensures clean combustion and low emissions. Additionally, the inclusion of two return flow sockets allows for optimal separation into high-temperature and low-temperature heating circuits.
