Château Brande-Bergère is an 8-hectare estate located north of Saint Emilion in the Bordeaux region, known for its prestigious wines. Our wines are meticulously cultivated with the highest level of care and are entirely worked by hand, from leaf removal to harvest. The estate holds the High Environmental Value (HEV) certification, ensuring that no herbicides are used and all effluents are recycled.

Our wines are crafted from a traditional blend of Bordeaux grape varieties, including merlot (40%), cabernet franc (35%), and cabernet sauvignon (25%). This careful combination results in wines of exceptional quality and character.

The excellence of our wines has been recognized by numerous awards, including a Gold Medal in Paris and the World Wine Award from Decanter magazine. They have also been highly rated by some of the world's most esteemed wine critics. Our wines can be found in top-tier restaurants, including the renowned 3-Michelin starred Arpège in Paris.

Notably, the Château Brande-Bergère Cuvée OByrne 2009 received a score of 92/100 from the esteemed British wine critic Jancis Robinson. She praised its fruitfulness, charm, concentration, and lack of obvious oak. She particularly enjoyed the combination of richness upon entry and freshness upon exit. More recently, the 2018 vintage of our wine received a score of 92/100 from the International Wine Report, further cementing our reputation for excellence.
