This product description is for a valve designed for use in the heavy metal industry. The valve has a service pressure range of 0-87.5 MPa and a service temperature range of -40°C up to 85°C. It is specially designed to operate quietly during filling and operation. The valve features a compact design and includes a 10µ filter and a check valve. It is made of stainless steel with a nickel content of greater than 13%, ensuring corrosion resistance. All seals used in the valve are suitable for H², making it compatible with hydrogen applications. The product is planned to meet EC 79 regulations. Additionally, the valve is equivalent to heavy metal regulation standards. It has a burst pressure of over 200 MPa at a temperature of 20°C. The orifice diameter of the valve is 2-3 mm. The inlet and outlet of the valve can be customized according to customer specifications.
