The E2 micro E-Chains® are small, lightweight, and perfect for highly dynamic applications. They are available as both one-piece and two-piece (B07u002FB09) E-Chains®. These E-Chains® are stable and come in a variety of versions. igus® also offers a range of accessories and mounting options for these E-Chains®. The snap-open versions can be upgraded and are interchangeable, making them suitable for use as spare parts or for new installation options.

The E2 micro E-Chains® are ideal for various industrial applications, including general construction machinery, automatic doors, vehicles, measuring machines, electronics, and handling systems. They have received the iF-Design Award for the E2 micro Series 05 and have undergone a clean room test upon request. Additionally, there are special electrically conductive ESD/Atex versions available, and some series have UL94-V0 classification. The noise level of the Series 06.10.038.0 has been measured at 42 dB(A) in the igus® laboratory with a velocity of 1.0 m/s unsupported.

Selection aids and installation instructions are provided to help find the right E-Chain® and guide the joining and separating process. The E2 micro E-Chains® offer a compact design, high torsion resistance, small pitch for quiet operation, cable-friendly interior, and long service life. The B07u002FB09 series can be folded out in the outer radius due to integral hinges, making it a versatile choice for restricted spaces.
