Blickle cast iron wheels are a highly durable and versatile solution for various industries. These wheels are made from robust grey cast iron, which offers a hardness of 180 to 220 HB. This material ensures exceptional wear resistance and minimal rolling and swivel resistance.

One of the key advantages of cast iron wheels is their self-lubricating properties. Thanks to the graphite content, these wheels require less lubrication. However, it is recommended to use the grease nipple for sufficient lubrication, especially when using the plain bore version.

It is important to note that when using this wheel series on sensitive surfaces, caution must be exercised due to its relatively high floor pressure. Care should be taken to avoid any potential damage.

The silver coating on the wheels may undergo a color change at high temperatures. However, it is essential to understand that this change does not compromise the corrosion protection offered by the coating.

In terms of temperature tolerance, the standard cast iron wheels are designed to operate in temperatures of up to 120°C. This makes them suitable for a wide range of applications across various industries.
