The valve consists of two half-bodies made of durable cast aluminum, featuring a double flange design. The upper and lower flanges are identical, ensuring easy installation and compatibility with existing piping systems. With a pressure/vacuum seal capability of up to 0.2 bar, this valve provides reliable sealing performance in both positive and negative pressure environments. The disc of the valve is available in either aluminum or stainless steel AISI 304, and upon request, in AISI 316. This ensures optimal resistance to corrosion and enables the valve to withstand harsh operating conditions.

The valve is equipped with a high-quality NBR gasket as standard. However, upon request, it can be supplied with gaskets suitable for contact with food, such as HNBR Therban or Viton. The gasket profile is designed to provide efficient sealing, either exclusively on the disc or covering the flanges, depending on specific application requirements.

For ease of operation, the valve features a DN5482 splined drive shaft or an ISO 5211 square drive shaft, available in standard or extended length options. This allows compatibility with a wide range of actuation systems, including manual, motorized, or pneumatic actuators.

Additionally, upon request, an ATEX certified version of the valve can be provided, ensuring compliance with safety standards for potentially explosive atmospheres.
