The product is a versatile swivel module that allows for unlimited swiveling movements with a stroke of 40 mm. It features separated drives which enable the user to drive random or defined curves. Additionally, it offers a low-backlash swivel range of maximum 1 minute of angle and a repeating accuracy in the stroke of 50 μm.

Some of the highlights of this product include the ability for turn and lift movements to be completely independent, an unlimited rotatable rotation axis, and no limitations on interpolated movements of both axes. The end stops of the lift axis provide effective absorption.

One of the key advantages is that the upper part of the gearbox can be adjusted steplessly in relation to the lower part, making it adaptable to fit into existing spaces. Customers have the option to choose between a direct lift-axis drive or, if there is limited space below, a timing-belt primary drive that is rotable 3 x 90°. Moreover, the rotary axis has a backlash of less than 1 and the lift axis has a play of less than 0.05 mm.
