The PULSAIR pneumatic pulse-mixing technology is designed for various applications in the lubrication oil production industry. This patented process involves injecting an adjustable pressure pulse beneath an accumulator plate installed at the bottom of the mixing tank. As pressurized air is injected, it creates a large air bubble that rises to the top of the tank, displacing the surrounding liquid. Simultaneously, negative pressure is generated underneath the bubble, causing the surrounding material to be drawn in. This produces a vertical flow directed upwards in the tank, which can be adjusted by varying the pulse length and duration.

One notable advantage of the PULSAIR technology is that it eliminates the need for mechanical agitators, significantly reducing the height of the tank and eliminating the need for moving parts or shaft bearings within the tank. This makes it a reliable and efficient solution for homogenizing large tank volumes, incorporating additives into lubrication oil production, and suspending solids in a liquid phase.
