Introducing our adhesive and scraper based on hydraulic binders, specifically designed for gluing and shaving both the inside and outside of various types of insulating panels such as polystyrene, polyurethane, cork, cement wood, and even embossed polystyrene. Our product is also suitable for use as a spur on concrete surfaces, rustic materials, plastic, and mineral coatings.

Not only can our adhesive and scraper be used on a wide range of materials, but it is also compatible with traditional or premixed plasters based on lime and cement, whether they are new or old. Even if the surface has been previously painted, as long as it is in an excellent condition, our product can be applied. It is particularly effective for plasters that have withdrawal injuries, making it the ideal choice for the first coat of Malvin net.

Our product is conveniently packaged in 25 kg sacks, with each pallet containing 70 sacks, totaling 17.50 QL footboards. It can be used for both indoor and outdoor applications. The color options available are white and grey, allowing you to choose the option that best suits your needs. The particle size of our product is ≤ 0.6 mm.

In terms of yield, our adhesive provides 2-3 kg/m² for gluing points and 4-5 kg/m² for gluing at full surface. As a spur, it offers 3-4 kg/m² for two coats. It also boasts a vapour-passage resistance coefficient of μ ≤ 10, ensuring excellent performance. Additionally, it has a Class W1 capillary water absorption rating according to EN 1015-18 and a thermal conductivity of λ10, dry, mat = 0.35 W/mK as per EN 1745.

When it comes to flexibility, our adhesive and scraper excel, providing the necessary elasticity for various applications. Our product has been tested according to ETAG 004 standards and is certified for reliable performance.
