We have a business project on setting up a 100 (one hundred) vehicles Taxi fleet in Vitebsk city in the Republic of Belarus under the brand of the already existing Yandex-Taxi in Russian Federation.

We need a foresignted and well-informed investor who can invest from US$500 000 to US$1 000 000 in our project for creating a fleet of 50 to 100 vehicles for starting immediate operation.

We plan to purchase mainly Renault LOGAN vehicles - used (not more than three years old) and new.

Each vehicle will operate in 24hrs mode, and each driver will work only 8hrs, then have at least 8hrs rest before getting back on duty.

We intend to have our own auto mechanics or an agreement with an Auto Service for inspecting and servicing each vehicle after each 48hrs on the road.

We also intend to have a centralized agreement with Filling Stations for fueling each vehicle with gas (propane).

This way, our drivers will only have the responsibility to simply carefully drive 8hrs, then take 8hrs rest before resuming driving.

All vehicles to be fully insured per State Standards.

Our business project will surely give an investor the best possible returns on investment.

We already have a preliminary agreement with Yandex-Taxi. And this project can be started within no more than 14 days from the moment investment funds are secured in our business account in Belarus.

All we need from a prospective investor are answers to the five questions below:

1) US Dollar amount to be invested.
2) Percentage monthly return on investment required.
3) Investment duration before full pay back.
4) Grace period offered before we start paying percentage monthly return on investment.
5) Investor's readiness to provide funds under LOAN or INVESTMENT AGREEMENT.
